We collect information you give us directly, including: name; phone number; email address; mailing address; payment information (processed securely through our third-party payment processor); vehicle information (such as make or model) if you purchase an Unlimited Wash membership; and information you provide when applying for a job, entering a sweepstakes, submitting a contact form, or contacting customer service.
When you visit our website or use our app, we automatically collect certain information, including device information (browser type, operating system, device identifiers); usage information (pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on the site); IP address and approximate location; and information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Tracking Technologies” below).
At our physical locations, we use license plate reader (LPR) cameras to capture an image of your license plate when your vehicle enters one of our wash lanes. We collect license plate information from all customers, including both Unlimited Wash members and retail (single-wash) customers.
We use license plate information to verify Unlimited Wash memberships and grant access to purchased services; track wash frequency and visit history for both members and retail customers; improve our services, understand customer usage patterns, and inform business decisions; and resolve customer service issues, such as billing questions or transferring a membership to a new vehicle.
We do not sell license plate data, share it with advertisers, or use it for cross-site marketing. License plate information may be shared with service providers who help us operate our systems, and may be disclosed if required by law. License plate images and associated visit data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as required by law.
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as our service providers, payment processors, social media platforms when you interact with our content, and marketing partners.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including verifying memberships at entry; process transactions and send related confirmations and receipts; communicate with you about your account, services, promotions, and customer service requests; send marketing communications (where you have opted in) and measure the effectiveness of our advertising; operate, analyze, and improve our website, app, and locations; administer sweepstakes, contests, and fundraising programs; evaluate employment applications; and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, property, and the safety of our customers, employees, and others.
