These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mr. Clean Car Wash mobile application (the “App”) provided by Mr. Clean Car Wash (“Mr. Clean Car Wash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is provided by Mr. Clean Car Wash to allow customers to access and manage services offered through the Mr. Clean Car Wash system. The App enables users to create and manage their account, purchase car washes, manage unlimited membership plans, redeem available promotions and offers, locate participating wash locations, view account activity, and receive communications related to their account and services.
The App is intended for use by customers of Mr. Clean Car Wash to access and manage their car wash services and accounts. Users may access the App solely for the purpose of interacting with services and features provided by Mr. Clean Car Wash. Use of the App must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Users agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the App, the Mr. Clean Car Wash system, or related services. Unauthorized use of the App, including attempts to gain access to restricted areas, interfere with system operations, or use the App for unlawful purposes, is strictly prohibited.
The App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years of age. Users under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) must have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf and accepts responsibility for the minor’s use of the App. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
To make purchases or enroll in a membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law.
Mr. Clean Car Wash reserves the right to modify the App and these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms within the App with a revised “Last Updated” date and, where practicable, by providing additional notice such as an in-App notification or email to the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may cancel your account or membership in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Mr. Clean Car Wash promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Mr. Clean Car Wash is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by using the account-closure feature within the App, if available. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
Users may only use the App for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users agree not to misuse the App or any services provided through the App.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access to the App and associated services, in addition to any other remedies available to Mr. Clean Car Wash under applicable law or these Terms.
The App and all content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials made available through the App (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of Mr. Clean Car Wash or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mr. Clean Car Wash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise use any Content without the prior written consent of Mr. Clean Car Wash or the applicable rights holder. “Mr. Clean” and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
The App may rely on or interact with third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors, mobile operating systems (such as Apple iOS and Google Android), mapping and location services, and analytics providers. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies provided by those third parties. Mr. Clean Car Wash is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or policies of any third party, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
If you download the App through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Mr. Clean Car Wash only, and not with the platform provider. The platform provider is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains our practices relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information through or in connection with our App. Please review our Privacy Policy at www.mrcleancarwash.com/privacy-policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Mr. Clean Car Wash reserves the right to take any action we deem reasonably necessary to ensure the security of the App. We reserve the right to change the access configuration of the App at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary to protect the App, our users, or our systems.
When you make a purchase through the App, you authorize Mr. Clean Car Wash and its payment processor to charge the payment method you select for the amount of the purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons made available through the App are subject to any additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer. Promotions may be limited in time, quantity, or eligibility and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Promotions have no cash value and, unless expressly stated, may not be combined with other offers.
Mr. Clean Car Wash reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service, to the extent permitted by applicable law, including in situations involving suspected fraud, abuse of promotions or services, violation of these Terms, unsafe or disruptive behavior toward staff or other guests, failure to comply with posted policies, or other activity that is harmful to the operation of our business.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, incorrect, or otherwise subject to dispute, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback with your financial institution for a payment that was authorized or properly processed through the App without first contacting us and providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account and cancellation of related memberships, promotions, or credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law, including your rights under the federal Fair Credit Billing Act, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, or similar state laws, to dispute unauthorized or erroneous charges with your financial institution.
By enrolling in a Monthly Unlimited membership (a “Membership”), you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you are purchasing an automatically renewing subscription. You authorize Mr. Clean Car Wash and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current price, plus any applicable taxes and fees, until you cancel. The Membership will automatically renew each month unless and until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.
Before enrollment, we will clearly disclose the recurring charge amount, billing frequency, and cancellation method. We will send you a confirmation of your enrollment and, where required by applicable law, periodic reminder notices and notice of any material changes to the Membership terms or price before such changes take effect.
You may cancel your Membership at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Cancellation must be made at least one (1) calendar day before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. You may cancel using any of the following methods, and we will honor whichever you choose:
If you cancel by phone or in person, we recommend you request and keep confirmation of your cancellation. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address on your account once a cancellation is processed. If you do not receive that email within 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected] so we can confirm your cancellation was completed.
You will retain full benefits of your Membership through the end of that billing cycle and will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycle.
Except as required by applicable law, monthly Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, and no prorated refunds or partial credits will be issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle following cancellation. Residents of states with applicable automatic-renewal or subscription laws (including, without limitation, California, New York, Illinois, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, and the District of Columbia) retain any rights those laws afford, including any statutory cancellation, refund, or notice rights that apply notwithstanding this paragraph.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MR. CLEAN CAR WASH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MR. CLEAN CAR WASH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MR. CLEAN CAR WASH OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT MR. CLEAN CAR WASH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MR. CLEAN CAR WASH’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MR. CLEAN CAR WASH THROUGH THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR MATTERS THAT MAY NOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY RIGHTS OR REMEDIES AVAILABLE UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mr. Clean Car Wash and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the App, or (c) your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.
Before filing any formal claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Mr. Clean Car Wash at [email protected] and allowing at least thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute.
Subject to the informal resolution process above, any disputes not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. This Section does not limit your right to bring claims in small claims court or to pursue any rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from filing a complaint with a government agency or regulator.
By creating an account or otherwise providing your contact information through the App, you consent to receive communications from Mr. Clean Car Wash electronically, including by email, in-App notifications, or text message, regarding your account, transactions, and service updates. You may manage your communication preferences within the App or by contacting us. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any such message; transactional and account-related messages may continue as permitted by law.
Mr. Clean Car Wash may suspend or terminate your access to the App or your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time as described in the Account Registration and Security section. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. No failure or delay by Mr. Clean Car Wash in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms disclosed in connection with specific features or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mr. Clean Car Wash regarding the App.
