Terms and Conditions

Program Overview:

The Fleet Plan Monthly Unlimited program provides the convenience of unlimited washes/services as defined below for a monthly fee per vehicle at any Mr. Clean Car Wash (MCCW) location. This program will remain in effect until canceled by either party.

Participation in the program requires License Plate Recognition for each participating fleet vehicle for identification purposes. By enrolling in this program, you authorize MCCW to deduct the monthly program fee from your designated credit card account on a monthly basis, starting from the enrollment date. The monthly program fee may be subject to change without prior notice, but changes will generally be communicated 30 days in advance.

Program Limitations:

The benefits of the Fleet Plan Monthly Unlimited program cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, coupons, gift cards/certificates, or complimentary services. Washes/services are available during normal business hours, subject to conditions such as inclement weather or equipment failure.

The unlimited club program is per vehicle. Each fleet vehicle must be individually enrolled in the program. Mr. Clean Car Wash reserves the right to monitor unlimited fleet usage and modify and/or restrict access if usage exceeds expectations.

Cancellation Policy / Procedure:

The Fleet Plan Monthly Unlimited program remains active until canceled by either party. To cancel participation, notice must be provided at least five (5) business days before the next billing cycle and provided directly to your MCCW fleet representative.

Refund Policy:

No refunds or partial credits will be issued for charges already billed. Once billed, no refunds or partial credits will be applied for the remaining days in the month. Full benefits/use of the program will remain in effect until the end of the current billing cycle.

Abuse Policy & MCCW's Right to Discontinue:

The Fleet Plan Monthly Unlimited program License Plate Recognition is associated with a single fleet vehicle and allows for one wash per vehicle per day. MCCW monitors usage for abuse and reserves the right to discontinue participation at any time for any reason without notice.

Declined / Expired Cards Policy:

Credit cards declined on the billing date are given a grace period of 7 calendar days. MCCW will continue attempts to charge the card during this grace period. If payment is not received within the grace period, benefits/services under the program will discontinue at the end of the last day of the grace period.

Automatic Renewal Charge Authorization:

By subscribing to the Fleet Plan Monthly Unlimited program, you agree to be charged the monthly fee indefinitely unless you follow the cancellation policy/procedure. MCCW will continue to be the billing party shown on your billing statement.

Agreement:

I acknowledge that by enrolling in the Fleet Plan Monthly Unlimited program, I agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that MCCW reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at its discretion and without notice.
